What is Basilisk II?
Basilisk II is an Open Source 68k Macintosh emulator. That is, it allows you to run 68k MacOS software on your computer, even if you are using a different operating system. However, you still need a copy of MacOS and a Macintosh ROM image to use Basilisk II. Basilisk II is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).

It runs smoothly under Mac OS X. Though it can run without the GameBoy Advance BIOS, it will perform better if it works together.
How can I change my screen display?
If you are only to use the No$GBA, this change is not doable at all. However, there are certainly utilities with zooming features that you can use. For instance, the MyZoom utility that has filter and zoom features or the NDS2XGL2 that has a 1.5 zooming property can be used. If you just want to play instead of playing while doing other tasks, you can choose a screen resolution of 640x480. Autodesk inventor for mac.
